To change or update registered phone number please follow the below steps: 1. Go to 'My Account' 2. Under Account settings, go to 'Update Number' 3. Enter the new mobile number 4. OTP will be sent via SMS to the new and old phone numbers 5. Enter both the OTPs along with password and click on 'Verify mobile' 6. Click on Save Changes Note: In case you have logged in via email and the account is an email-only account, OTP will sent to the existing email address and the number updated. You should have access to both old and new phone numbers as the OTP will be sent to both the numbers. *If you have registered using email address and phone number earlier and you do not have access to the old number, you will not be able to update the phone number for an account.

You can create a account using a phone number that is not registered on the platform. To create a new account, please follow the below steps: 1. Enter the phone number 2. A verification code will be sent to this phone number 3. Enter the verification code and a password Account will be successfully created once these details are shared.
To deactivate your Flipkart account, follow these simple steps 1. Log into your account 2. Go to My Account > Settings > Deactivate 3. Enter the password for your account 4. Choose 'Confirm Deactivation'
Reactivation of your account can be done only through the website.
